Composition

FLORAHUM - GBS is substrate composed of white peat (Sphagnum), black peat, perlite, clay and limestone, enriched with mineral fertilizers. By adding a certain amount of lime, the pH of the substrate is optimized and , by addition of the clay, adsorptive properties.
Fertilizers are added in quantities tailored for cultivation in bags of targeted plants.
RADIGEN mixture was added to the substrate to enrich the microelement in chelating form.
It is sterilized and it is not necessary to sterilize before use.
— Organic matter: 65 – 85%
— Clay up to 5 %

Usage

On the top of the sack, make 3-5 holes to plant the seedlings, according to the standard intervals of their planting. On the bottom of the bag, make two to three openings for drainage of excess water. Substrate before planting should be moistened. Watering and nutrition is best done by the drip irrigation system or, when hobby farming, the plants are watered by hand from small vessels.
After planting the plants, it is not necessary to fertilize 14 - 21 days. After that, the plants are fed every 7 to 10 days with water-soluble or liquid fertilizer combinations. Substrate bags can be used for two years to breed different cultures, with sterilization using some of the usual methods.

Packages: 35 lit bag (60 pcs per pallet )

Advantages

- It is tailored for growing in bags and it is suitable for cultivation in greenhouses as well as in the hobby cultivation in allotment gardens, balconies and other  areas usually not suitable for plant production.

High-quality, sun-proof and weather-resistant bags:
  - maintain moisture
- protect substrate and root from sun and freezing.
- Prevents the growth of weeds
- prevent leaf and fruit of rotting.

It contains all the necessary micro and macro elements, mostly in coil form, needed for cultivating the foreseen crops.

Nutrient content

STRAWBERRY:
Nitrogen (N) 150-250 mg/L
Phosphorus (as P2O5) 250-350 mg/L
Potassium (as K20) 150-250 mg/L
Magnesium (as MgO) 60-80 mg/L
— Active reaction (pH in water, 1:2.5): 5.5 – 6.5
— Total dissolved salt (1:2): 0,9 - 1,5 g/L

CELERY/PARSLEY/LETTUCE:
Nitrogen (N) 250-350 mg/L
Phosphorus (as P2O2) 150-250 mg/L
Potassium (as K20) 150-250 mg/L
Magnesium (as MgO) 60-80 mg/L
— Active reaction (pH in water, 1:2.5): 6.0 – 7.0
— Total dissolved salt (1:2): 1,2 - 1,8 g/L

14 - 21 days after planting the cultures, the following dynamics of fertilization is recommended:

Strawberry: Phosphorus, which the plant needs only after planting (root development) is already in substrate in sufficient quantity. Strawberry consumes very high levels of potassium, moderate amounts of nitrogen and quite a small amount of phosphorus. In the first season of production it should be enough nutrients in the substrate. For the second season, for strawberries, it is recommended to fertilize 2-3 times before harvest and during the harvest, with fertilizers which contains higher amounts of potassium and moderate of nitrogen (for example: Kristalon 15: 5: 30 + 3 in the amount of 2-3 grams per bag).

Celery, parsley, lettuce and other leafy cultures: have a greater need for nitrogen during leaf development, especially if the leafs is harvested several times in a season (as in the case of celery leaf or parsley). In the first season of production it should be enough nutrients in the substrate. For the second season it is recommended to fertilize with KAN 2-3 gr / bag (2-3 times during the season).
- Dissolve 1.5 to 2 grams of one of these fertilizers on a one liter of water and refill according to the instructions given.
- Between the fertilizations, keep the substrate in the bags moderately moisture and regularly protect against disease and pests.
